Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst at Company will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of the organization’s supply chain operations. They analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve processes. The analyst works closely with other departments including sales, finance, procurement, production, logistics, distribution and others to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather data from various sources within the supply chain for analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Propose solutions to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality across the supply chain.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain execution systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience working with Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, and PivotTables.
  • Proficiency in Power Query for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with ERP and supply chain execution software use and implementations. SAP preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
