Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. Strong Concrete restoration experience.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

– Project management

– Price Pointing

– Client Support

-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

– Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with team members and stakeholders.

– Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

– Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure project progress is on track and expectations are being met.

– Track project milestones and deliverables and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

– Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

– Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

– Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

– Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

– Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

– Strong working knowledge of project management software tools.

– PMP certification is a plus.
